About Dawn

Executive Coach


Dawn Ferrazza, MA, ACC, is an experienced executive coach and leader who specializes in supporting both emerging and experienced leaders through individual and team coaching.   She is passionate in her belief that at the heart of any successful organization and team is a strong, culturally competent environment. She particularly excels at working with organizations and teams in developing talent and strategic plans with cultural competence as its foundation.  She is the principal of the C3 Alignment Group, an executive coaching and consulting firm specializing in individual and team coaching, strategic planning, new business development, and cultural competence.

Dawn holds a Master of Arts in Hospital and Health Administration as well as a Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Iowa. She has also attained certification in leadership coaching from Georgetown University. Dawn is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credentialed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Dawn is known for her proficiency in bridging strategic thinking, operational implementation, and her ability to partner with individuals and teams in professional and leadership development.  Dawn has accumulated a successful administrative career spanning over 30 years. 

She currently holds the position of Chief Administrative Officer working for Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians. As Chief Administrative Officer/Vice-Chair for Administration and Finance, she has successfully led strategic visioning, operational implementation, individual, team, and cultural development and managed multi-million dollar operations. 

Dawn has demonstrated an ability to lead change, organize and implement systems with competing priorities, develop and lead a culturally competent environment, and maintain excellent relations between clients and providers throughout her successful career. 

Dawn lives near Boston, Massachusetts, with her husband of 25 years, two children, and three cats.

Executive coaching is an important implement in the modern leader's toolkit. Coaching services incorporate both Individual and team-based focus. My approach is to partner with each of my clients in order to help them achieve their personal and professional goals. As a coach, I am committed to being an empathetic thought partner with a curious mindset that allows and encourages the exploration of what is possible for my clients. I will provide a safe and creative space that allows my clients to personally and professionally develop at their own pace and in their own way.


Culture is the lens through which an organizational vision is achieved. Through strategic planning, I assist organizations in thinking about where they want to be and develop a roadmap to achieve their goals. In culturally focused coaching, we concentrate on cultural competence and establishing a code of conduct. In the process of achieving a successful organizational culture, we will create a philosophy on how to engage in day-to-day operations in the environment which staff engage with each other.


As a seasoned multi-specialty  Healthcare Administrator, I provide consulting expertise in new business development, financial and revenue cycle operations, physician/hospital contract negotiations, provider recruitment, compensation plan development, and human capital management.  Client consultations are supported with a focus on provider, staff, and patient experience along with efficient infrastructure design.
